What ID do I need?+
A current, government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, US passport, or military ID. Expired IDs aren't acceptable under state law.
How much does it cost?+
State-set notary fee per signature, plus a flat travel fee. We quote the total over the phone before dispatch — no surprises.
Do you do hospital and elder signings?+
Yes — frequently. The signer must be able to communicate willingness and understanding. We're patient and we'll take the time it takes.
Can you handle the loan package?+
Yes. Our loan-signing agents are NNA-certified and background-checked. We're comfortable with refi, purchase, HELOC, and reverse-mortgage packages.
How fast can you arrive?+
Average dispatch is about 30 minutes inside the metro core. Same-day available 7 days a week.
Do you keep a journal?+
Every signing is logged in our state-required journal — signer name, date, document type, signature, and thumbprint where required. Your information is kept confidential.
